Short guide Previder webmail

When you purchase a mailbox from Previder, you can use our webmail functionality.

This allows you to read your e-mails on the go without having to access the computer, smartphone or tablet where the mailbox is set up.

Login

You can log in to webmail via https://webmail.previder.nl.

Mailbox full

The percentage counter at the bottom indicates how full the mailbox is. When the counter is at 90% or higher, there is a chance that large e-mails can no longer be received. When the counter is at 99% or 100%, people get all their emails addressed to you back with the message: “maildir over quota”.

To delete emails, select some emails you want to delete, hold down the shift key on your keyboard and then press the delete key. This way, emails do not end up in the trash but are permanently deleted.

The option shown above allows you to search your mail. Clicking on the arrow will bring up more extensive search options.

Interface settings

Previder Webmail has a responsive theme by default since December 2019. This means that this interface scales well with you on mobile phones and tablets. This interface may not be set for you. This could be because you have already set a different skin as default in the past. It is possible to change this via the settings. This can be done via Settings --> User interface --> Interface style.

There are 3 options here:
