Troubleshooten Backup Essential problems

Following are some troubleshooting tips for IASO. Perform these steps:

  • Can you set up a telnet session to cloud.iaso.com on port 443? The command is: telnet cloud.iaso.com 443. If you cannot do this, you need to open up your firewall.
  • If the Backup Manager cannot be started you need to start logging.
