Selfservice Password reset

With the Selfservice Password reset tool, you can change, reset and unlock your own password.

To use this tool, you need to register your phone number once for authentication. With a correct phone number, you are best protected against losing access to your account. It is important that you take the time to make sure the phone number is set up correctly. You can read how to do that below.

What do you need?

• Username
• Current password
• Mobile number and phone

How can I register?

1. Go to Selfservice Password reset tool.

2. Enter your user name and password.

3. Click “Sign in”.

4. Enter your phone number. Note: Omit the 0 and start with 6.

5. Click “Next”.

6. You will get a screen that you have registered your phone number.

7. You can change your password using the “Change now” link to test if you receive an SMS with One Time Passcode.
