Exit stuck application
It may happen that a certain application crashes within the environment. Shutting down your workstation for this reason will not resolve this situation. It is necessary to shut down the application within the environment or log off the session completely.
When an application has crashed, you can shut it down via Task Manager. Go to ‘Start, All Programs, Task Manager’. End the application's process by selecting the application and clicking ‘End selected task’.
