How do I receive and install security updates?
When Microsoft makes a security update available, it can be installed in the usual way. After purchasing ESUs, you can download and install the corresponding updates via Windows Update or Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), just like regular updates. The only difference is that the server to be updated must have a valid ESU key before the update can be downloaded and installed.
If you do the management yourself, you can continue to use the current tools or processes. For servers managed by Previder, updates are installed by Previder.
