What is a test modem?
A problem with your internet connection can have various causes. If it is difficult for us to determine whether your modem or the connection itself is the problem, in certain cases you will receive a test modem from Previder.
This test modem will be delivered to you fully configured or you can collect it from us. You then connect the modem and see whether your problems are solved.
After a test period of ten days, you will have two choices:
1. Keep the modem. You will be charged for this.
2. Return the modem to us. There is no charge for this.
