Download and install Backup Manager

You can download the latest version of the Backup Manager from this page on Solarwinds' website. Click here to download the software. Once you have downloaded the installation files, start it up. You will see the screen below:

In this screen, select the language in which you want to continue the installation and in which you want the Backup Manager to be installed. Then click on “Next”.

Under “Device name”, enter the device name you received from Previder or your partner. Also enter the corresponding password.

Then click on “Next”.

Your username and password are currently being checked.

Enter your own password that will encrypt your files. For security reasons, it is wise to choose a strong password. When you click “Next”, the Backup Manager is launched.
