How the Online Selfservice Portal works
Go to https://selfserviceportal.prev....Log in using the login details you received from the Supportdesk via e-mail. The window below will appear.

Through the menu, you have the following options:
Dashboard
Through your dashboard, you have access to your notifications, namely:
- Notifications
- Incidents
- Service requests
- Changes (RFCs)
Here you can search for open and closed notifications by notification type.
New notification
When you click “New notification”, you can create a new notification.
Notifications
Through “Notifications”, you can access the notifications you have created previously.
Incidents
Under “Incidents”, you have access to all open and closed Incidents.
Service requests
Under “Service Requests”, you can view all open and closed Service Requests.
Changes
Under “Changes”, you have access to all open and closed Requests for Change (RFC).
New notification
Do you want to create a new notification? Then click on “New notification”. The image below appears.

The fields for your name, person involved, company and location are filled in. Change the person concerned if the situation occurs to a specific person.
Give the notification an appropriate title, the desired priority and make a description of the notification.
In the “Communication” field, you can give an explanation.
Under attachments, you can upload attachments and add them to your report.
Then click “OK”. You have created a notification.
Incidents, Service Requests and Changes
You have access to all open and closed tickets. Select a ticket and view its contents. The window below appears.

Within a ticket, you have access to the ticket description, responses and attachments.
General
This is where you read the ticket's general information: title, description and solution.
Comments
Read all Previder comments and add your own.
Attachments
View the attachments of the notification and add an attachment yourself.
Change password
Go to your settings at the top right and click on 'Password'.
