In order to keep our data centres up and running and guarantee our uptimes, we will sometimes have to carry out maintenance. This maintenance is carried out by Previder or by our suppliers. It is important for you to be aware of this so that you can take measures if necessary. On the main page of our support site, you will see a heading ‘Work & Faults’. Via ‘Current notifications’ you will go to https://status.previder.com. On this page, under ‘Open notifications’ you will find the open malfunctions. Works are announced under ‘Planned maintenance’.

To stay informed about planned works and any disruptions, you can receive e-mail alerts. You can subscribe to these alerts by clicking on this link.
Here, you can choose the categories you want to be informed about and leave an e-mail address where you will receive the alerts.
We try to inform you as timely as possible about scheduled work and we do our best to keep you informed during ongoing outages.It is also possible to provide a mobile number. In case of disruptions, you will be notified via SMS. Please note that you will only receive the initial notification by SMS in the event of a malfunction. Any updates will only be provided by e-mail.
