West-Friesland-based Woningstichting het Grootslag wanted to revamp its M365-based digital working environment. With this, they wanted to achieve a specific goal: working together smarter with the M365 environment.

Everything findable within M365 environment

Het Grootslag asked us to migrate the file server data to Microsoft 365 and transfer the current Intranet to SharePoint and make it available within the Teams environment. This would improve the findability of information, as everything could be found within the M365 environment. Our main goal was to think along and help get employees moving to work in a uniform and pleasant way.

When the go-ahead was given, we planned with Het Grootslag's project manager (Bart Bakker), put together the project team and divided the tasks. After an extensive data analysis and drawing up the working agreements (governance), we were able to start working efficiently and effectively to achieve the intended goals.

The collaboration went smoothly. The test pilot went off without a hitch and with our Microsoft Teams training by our adoption consultants, employees were already familiarised before the integration took place. The actual going live of the intranet in Teams was a success and the final result was a very satisfied customer.

This project was carried out by Winvision, which has been fully integrated into sister organisation Previder since September 2023.
