A modern workplace for BLOM training courses

Until recently, the heart of BLOM Opleidingen's automation consisted of three different servers of varying ages: a file server, a terminal server and an application server. Tobi Brinkman, head of automation and application manager, explains why this situation was no longer satisfactory at a certain point:

‘Those servers were outdated; they really needed to be replaced. That's why we asked three parties, including Previder, to propose a good alternative. We left two options open: everything locally, as is currently the case, or a cloud solution.’

"They contribute ideas and regularly offer useful suggestions."

Why choose Previder?

The choice fell on Previder, according to Tobi: "We felt that they were the best fit for us, and they also offered a good price. I also think it's an advantage that they are located nearby. I've had bad experiences with people who have to travel long distances. We also like the fact that they have Heutink ICT as a sister company. That means they know the educational world well. And we've now put everything in one place with Previder, so I have a single point of contact for everything. I find that easy."
