The assignment at Allerzorg

When Allerzorg started talking to us, Allerzorg was working with locally hosted Citrix workstations. There was inflexibility, limited scalability and relatively high costs.

Our challenge: take Allerzorg into the digital transformation and implement organisation-wide Office 365 cloud workstations.

In our view, digital and human change always go hand in hand. That is why, after we had successfully implemented the Office 365 workstations, we set in motion an adoption process to allow the new work processes to “land” properly. We based this trajectory on an analysis of user groups and usage scenarios we made beforehand.

Thanks to the new modern workplaces, both office staff and Allerzorg's many ambulatory care providers work together more efficiently. Employees are happy, and this translates to clients who are satisfied with the quality of care provided.

This project was carried out by Winvision, which has been fully integrated into sister organisation Previder since September 2023.
