Meet Arno Witvliet | CEO Odin Group

‘Even though I am no stranger to the IT world, I still consider it quite an honour to take over the helm from Hans Lesscher after no less than 33 years’. A beautiful statement from Arno Witvliet, the new CEO of Odin Group. In this article, Arno is happy to introduce himself and share his vision of the future with you.

Building our services together

I have been CEO of Odin Group for several months now. Even though I am no stranger to the IT world, it is an honor to take over from Hans Lesscher after 33 years. I admire his entrepreneurship and ambitions, which made Odin Groep what it is today; one of the largest IT companies in the Netherlands. It inspires me to continue building this wonderful company. The strong market position of Odin Groep, but also of Previder, is an excellent basis for this.

Future-proof with new élan

After a warm welcome, many introductory meetings and getting to know the organization and companies, it is time to set my sights on the future. Together with the Supervisory Board and the managements of Previder and Heutink ICT, we have set the lines for the future. In order to make Odin Group, and the companies, future-proof. Building on the core values of the company. And with a permanently sharp eye for the needs of you, the customer.

The IT world is evolving at lightning speed. This constantly creates new opportunities to help our customers apply technology in their business operations. This requires us to continue to develop as a trusted advisor in order to remain relevant to you as an IT partner. In order to serve our customers even better, we have restructured the Previder organization. From now on, Previder's sales and marketing departments will fall under a commercial director. As of March 1, Rinse Tamsma has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer of Odin Group and Commercial Director of Previder. In addition, veterans Jurjen Kothman and Remko Francken have been appointed Director of Managed Services and Director of Professional Services and Consulting, respectively.

To work!

The lines have been set and, as before, we are all putting our shoulders to the wheel. Keep giving us feedback, because that way we can keep improving our services.
