Previder guides IT integration in administrative merger of Baalderborg Groep and Frion

We are pleased to announce that Previder will be the IT partner in the process surrounding the administrative merger of the Baalderborg Group (BBG) and Frion into the new organisation Noabij. With a combined strength of 3,000 employees spread over 100 locations, the focus will be on creating a secure and efficient IT environment that will cause employees the least possible disruption in terms of IT.

In collaboration with BBG and Frion, we developed a thoughtful IT plan that responds to the unique needs of the new organisation. This plan focuses on:

  • Seamless integration: all employees will have access to both BBG and Frion systems, without the hassle of multiple logins thanks to our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system.
  • Hybrid working: employees can work from any location, with the same access and functionalities as in the office.
  • Optimised workstations: the new environment provides reliable, secure workstations for all employees.
  • Modernised collaboration: from social intranet to Microsoft 365 integration, we focus on user-friendly solutions that foster collaboration and communication.

The signatures are in place, so we can get started! We aim to successfully complete this merger by 1 January 2025. Our goal is a smoothly running IT path in which employees of both organisations can continue working effortlessly.

We look forward to this collaboration and are proud that Previder is once again trusted to support a complex and impactful transition.
