Odin Group Expands Nationwide Coverage in NL with Acquisition of DUVAK
Odin Group has reached an agreement to acquire DUVAK, an IT services provider based in Nieuw-Vennep, the Netherlands. With this acquisition, its subsidiary Previder further expands its nationwide coverage and strengthens its presence in the western part of the Netherlands.
The acquisition aligns with Odin Group's strategy of building a network of strong regional teams that operate close to their customers, backed by the scale and expertise of the broader group.
Stronger Presence in the Western Netherlands
The addition of DUVAK further strengthens Previder's regional coverage in the western Netherlands, with a strong presence in and around Gorinchem, Rotterdam, Nieuw-Vennep, and Wognum. Previous acquisitions in this region include Proxsys, NEXXT Managed Services, and INISI.
DUVAK provides a broad range of IT services, from consulting and cybersecurity to managed workplace and cloud solutions. The company has established a strong regional presence, making it a natural fit with Previder's existing operations.
The DUVAK team will continue operating from Nieuw-Vennep, maintaining its close relationships with customers. Customers will continue working with their trusted contacts while also gaining access to the broader expertise, resources, and capabilities of Previder and Odin Group.
