Odin Group enters the German market with Previder through the acquisition of the Digital Workspace division of Orange Business - Digital Services Europe in Amsterdam and Karlsruhe

Odin Group, parent organisation of Previder, among others, is acquiring the digital workspace division of Digital Services Europe. This division comprises approximately 100 IT professionals working from offices in Amsterdam and Karlsruhe (Germany). This acquisition marks an important milestone for Odin Group: a first step into the German market and a strengthening of its position as a leading IT partner in the Netherlands and Europe.

The acquired business unit specialises in modern workplaces. In recent years, the team has built up an impressive track record in providing high-quality IT services to medium-sized and large organisations. What makes this acquisition special is that these services are not seen as supportive or complementary at Odin Group; they form the core of the organisation.

‘This acquisition is a strategically important step for us,’ says Arno Witvliet, CEO of Odin Group. "This type of digital service, developed by Orange Business – Digital Services Europe, is an essential part of Previder's core strategy. We are convinced that the synergy between our activities offers a significant opportunity for sustainable growth and future success. We are therefore delighted that these teams from Amsterdam and Karlsruhe will be joining us. Their technical expertise, customer-focused approach and experience in complex IT projects relating to digital workspaces fit seamlessly with what we do and who we are."

We are building an organisation with international clout, but with a local presence. These colleagues not only bring relevant knowledge and experience, but also a culture of customer engagement and responsibility for stable, future-oriented solutions. This is exactly what our team at Previder Netherlands stands for.

“Creating an inspiring working environment for our employees and providing maximum attention to our customers are our highest priorities,” said Sara Murby Forste, CEO Orange Business – Digital Services Europe. “At Odin Group, we recognised the same commitment to craftsmanship, customer engagement and continuous development. That makes this step not only strategically logical, but also substantively correct.”

With this step, Odin Group is further expanding its international coverage. Following previous expansions in Belgium, Previder's entry into Germany is a logical next step in realising the international growth strategy. The human aspect remains paramount: customers retain their trusted points of contact, employees continue to do what they do best — but now within an organisation where their work is central.

This acquisition is in line with Odin Group's broader ambition to achieve sustainable growth, focus on specialisation and support customers with scalable IT solutions based on local involvement.
