Odin Group confirms quality and safety with successful audit of ISO certifications

Odin Group, of which Previder is part, has again completed a successful surveillance audit for six key certifications in the areas of quality, environment and information security, concerning locations Hengelo and Vianen. The outcome underlines that the organisation not only meets the highest standards, but also continuously works on refinement and optimisation.

Every control audit is a valuable moment to test how firmly an organisation has its processes in place. This year too, the auditors confirmed that Odin Group is in control and has its affairs in excellent order. "We set the bar high ourselves and continue to challenge ourselves to improve. The auditors gave some valuable suggestions to dot the i's even more sharply, and that perfectly matches our own ambitions," says Jeroen Renard, Security Officer at Odin Groep.

Proven reliability and security

With the surveillance audit, Odin Group once again meets six key standards:

  • ISO 9001 - Quality management: Odin Group works towards more efficient services, minimal errors and a constant focus on customer satisfaction.
  • ISO 14001 - Environmental management: Odin Group actively chooses energy-efficient data centres, sustainable hardware and responsible waste disposal, ensuring clients work with an environmentally conscious IT partner.
  • ISO 27001 - Information security: IT environments and sensitive data are protected with strict security measures, such as access control, encryption and risk management.
  • ISO 27017 - Security in cloud environments: Odin Group's cloud services are set up according to the strictest security guidelines, allowing companies to work securely in the cloud without worrying about data breaches.
  • ISO 27018 - Privacy protection in the cloud: This means that Odin Group provides extra security for privacy-sensitive data in the cloud, complying with all relevant laws and regulations, such as AVG.
  • NEN 7510 - Information security in healthcare: Healthcare institutions can be confident that patient and medical data is processed and stored securely, with specific measures aimed at healthcare sector compliance.

These standards confirm that client data and IT environments are in safe hands at Odin Group. "We do not see compliance as an obligation, but as an opportunity to continuously improve ourselves and our services. This contributes directly to the trust customers place in us," Renard said.
